A great reference book for using essential oils on or around children.
Interesting recipes for many different childhood issues.
I love that this author has written a separate book about children and essential oils. Essential oils are so powerful that caution must be used by all, but especially when using them with children. I intend to own this book.

I'm reading this on my university's library web server -- it's a fascinating book! Aromatherapy is SO interesting, and the bulk of this book is the chapter "The A-Z of conditions" which is a nice primer in general first aid [with some essential oils thrown in. :)]
So helpful!!! Listed by illness and the various oils for the ailment. informative and educational for figuring out diluting and proper ratios. also super careful with suggestions for newborns.
we've been LIVING out of this book for a couple years now. The information and blends available in here have helped keep our croupy-wonder out of the ER more often than not.
