"Gus and Grandpa and Show-And-Tell" is a story about a boy named Gus trying to find things to take to show-and-tell. He looks for things in his grandpas house and when his grandpa tells him to take something he says no because everybody else will have it. Recommends it for: children starting to read chapter books
We've now finished all of the books in the Gus and Grandpa series by Claudia Mills and Catherine Stock. We've really enjoyed the series - the stories are simple and warm and speak volumes about intergenerational relationships. This is an touching story that embraces the living history we have in our elder generations and celebrates the stories they can tell us.
