Helpful book for those stages of depression that we MSers get, but also for anyone in need of some ways to lift your spirits. I like to read Montel because of our connection to MS. It's like being able to really talk or listen to someone with MS who really understands what we go through daily. I actually think I'll buy this one and keep on had for those days that aren't so good for a pick me up.

Mr. Montel did a lot of research for this book. This book explains how to live emotionally happy in life. Mr. Montel explains that exercise is really important to happiness and health. I really enjoyed this book. I think that if you were to read it that you would enjoy it to.
