Art that explores the tantalizing overlap between "writing" and "the visual," in a way that is situational instead of typographical. The art, which contains abstracted or silhouetted still lifes, is contrasted with snippets of subversive speech, ("Just Wash Your Face and Go Back to the Hotel," "You Didn't Hear Anything," etc.) which has a kind of manners and decorum of its own.
