Great books for young readers! These are very easy to read books and my kids love to sit and listen to the stories. We can read an entire book in 30-45 minutes. My kids love these books (we have #1-12 in the series) and they are good (not as gripping as a good Harry Potter book but great for their age and they love the different exciting themes such as Lions or Polar Bears, etc.) I would really rate this 3.5 but I rounded up instead of down because my kids do enjoy these books and thats what matters. The plot may be too simple for an older child. (ages 3 & 4)

These are fantastic books! Great as read-aloud for k-1st graders, or for 1-2nd graders to read on their own. They introduce good vocabulary, delve into history and geography, and of course help build imagination.
