I like the way Philip Yancey points out what is wrong with Christianity today. Open minded Christians who read this and realise he points out things that are actually in their faces. Extremist would discard this as another anti-christian book.

But I do believe that it goes beyond that, it shows how a good concept can be twisted and destroyed by evil men/women for their own means.

An amazing book for Christians and non christians alike. A great eye opener for the Christians in this time though.

This is a great book showing the many and various ways God puts Grace into our lives when we are most liekly lacking it to begin with. Filled with stories of grace from God to humans and from human to human. Very touching and thought provocing. Do you have grace in your life?

Inspirational and heartfelt. A must read again and again. Put's some of the "church" in prospective. Nice!!

This is one of my absolute must-reads for anyone in the church. Most of our forgiveness is so shallow.

He joined the staff of Campus Life Magazine in 1971, and worked there as Editor and then Publisher. He looks on those years with gratitude, because teenagers are demanding readers, and writing for them taught him a lasting principle: ...more
