Wow. I'd been meaning to read this book for a while, because I had seen something about the author online being from Alabama/the book being set in Alabama, and I grew up in Birmingham. Couple that with me trying to read books by newer small-press authors, and that was the reason for picking this up.

I learned that a romance novel can include love, intimacy, and action/adventure in order to be a "good read". :)
I liked this book...but this author has done better...much much better.
