A fairly technical and slightly dated (it was published in the later 1990s) collection of papers and essays germane to ecosystem stewardship, focused towards students in ecosystem management and professionals in the field. Some of the papers are very interesting, but you'll need a decent background in ecosystem science or a related field to follow everything, or otherwise, you'll learn from this book itself the basic jargon and skills at play.
