It's not sport specific, so this is book could be good for any coach. Book organized in five (5) parts. Valuable approach ideas, suggestions, considerations, and general reminders. The author(s) attempt to answer the "Why coach" question towards the end of the book. This is interesting and presented in an Advantages/Disadvantages (Pros/Cons) format. Text is referenced (bibliographical data).
