I had really high hopes for this book. Not that I expected we would agree very much; quite the contrary, I selected this book with the intent of growing through reading the ideas and viewpoints of someone with whom I expected not to agree. I anticipated that we would interpret the facts differently and that our methods for solving problems would clash; and to some degree they did. I was a little surprised at how much we agreed.
