"Georgie, never one to shy away from danger, had always been intrigued by the dark side of life. A side, she'd only glimpsed through fractured memories she'd never fully been able to piece together. A side her parents had taken great care to protect her from. For better or worse, she was a prisoner of her own mind and had always fantasized that if she couldn't find her way ...more

I received this book from a First Read giveaway. Out of all of the books I've won, I was the most excited about this one. The story line seemed to be unlike anything I've read before, and I felt that there was a lot of potential in this book, just from reading the blurb.

Georgie hops a plane to Paris, sure that she's about to fulfill her dream of becoming an actress. Yet when arrives, she's devastated to discover that her agent has tricked her. But things are not always as they appear and what follows is sensuous journey of love and discovery...
Infatuation is a love fable for the 21th first century that readers, male and female, are sure to savor. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I received this book from the goodreads first reads giveaway. I didn't like this book at all. I really can't think of anything else to say than that, the synopsis on the back cover was better than the unpolished, convoluted, silly story inside. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone.
