OK, I'm downgrading this cookbook to three stars and listing it on paperbackswap.com after realizing that I never have any of the ingredients it calls for. While it's true that the toasted granola recipe has become a staple in our house (hence the previous four-star rating), I'm not sure I'd even know where to find avocado oil or yeast extract. Besides, many recipes call for lots of faux meat (vegan prawns, vegetarian ham) -- and I could just use Betty Crocker if that's how I wanted to cook.
