A bright and colorful picture book for preschool about "change" with examples like water becoming ice and a cloudy sky turning blue. Some are concrete while others like "mood" are more abstract, but the final picture with a parent penguin and child in a hug that states "Some things never change" makes this a comforting read aloud for young listeners.

Some Things Change is a picture book. It is targeted for children in low primary grades and even preschool level. The book goes through a bunch of ways people and things can change. It shows changes such as, "Cloudy days change to sunny." I rated the book a 4 because I really enjoyed it. I think that children will enjoy the story just as much as the pictures.
