I picked this book up on what I thought was a solid recommendation. There are plenty of good ideas that inform it, to be sure, and it certainly does have some sort of effect on you if you take it seriously... However, I found that it suffers from its subject matter: melodramatic suburban teenagers.

The lunatic fringe of the chaos occult and the conversations/demented (not)realities that go along with the (anti)territory... this book is entertaining in ways that the boring human mind could not possibly comprehend. Join his cult? He thinks you're already a member, that crazy hippie nazi! One of us one of us. ::spooky chants and hot cybergoth bitches::
