Pish and Posh are best friends, but they are very different. One day, someone leaves an interesting book on their doorstep. It is called "The Fairy Handbook". Pish and Posh are friends who try to delve into fairy magic--only it goes awry and it even becomes funny after a while. A fun book!

Recommends it for: beginning readers and parents reading with them
This is an entertaining story about two magical best friends (who happen to look like sisters or perhaps mother and daughter.) The story is quite strange and silly and the illustrations are a bit rough for my taste, but it was still a fun story to read aloud and we enjoyed reading it together.

A charming "Odd Couple" series for early readers. Practical-minded Pish reads books from the beginning; Posh's impulsiveness gets her into trouble.

RL 600. Posh tries to make life easier by learning how to use fairy magic—but ends up making a huge mess that requires Pish’s help.
