Helping Health Workers Learn - incredible resource (as are most of what Hesperian publishes). Very usable teaching and TOT models...explicitly addresses the fundamentals of community health empowerment and health literacy challenges, offering concrete tools and mechanisms to work with.

Where there is no doctor, you teach other things... and this tells you how. Its like Peace Corps training all over again. The complement to Where there is no Doctor.
