This book came to me when I was really down on my life from having Fibromyalgia. I was doing all the wrong things. AFter reading Chris's book, I can say I don't do those things anymore. It is a MUST read for anyone. All people can relate to Chris's journey. I highly recommend it. It's on my reading list for my life coaching clients.
This is a wonderful book for everyone to read. The author shares so much of himself with the reader and it is as if he is sitting in a room talking with you. I enjoyed this book very very much!!
