This book series interests me because it is alot like the American Girls books, and I thought it would be fun to read one or two to see if I would recommend these to Sabrina someday. I definitely would--I love historical fiction and this one dealt with the time when black men could receive the priesthood. It really helped me see what it would have been like then. It was a fast read.

This is another Latter-day Daughters book about when all men became able to receive the priesthood in 1978. I enjoyed it.
