I think this is Vol. IV (volume 4). I'm doing this review on Vol. 4 anyway, so if this is the wrong edition, I appologize.

I like the story of the Will-O'-The-Wisp and the Jack-O'-Lanterns. The first few chapters are devoted to this and about McVeytown, Mifflin County.

You can also read about Punxsutawney Phil (the groundhog). If he sees his shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter. If he doesn't, spring will arrive in six more weeks. Works out the same either way. I guess it's just a way
