Basically it's a goodreads type book (reviews, ratings, recommendations) for Biblical commentaries.

Commentaries are helpful tools to use in finding the historical/political/social/cultural context of books in the Bible. They provide the necessary insight that first-century (or BC for the OT) listeners would already know. Rosscup's COMMENTARIES FOR BIBLICAL EXPOSITORS is a commentary on commentaries.
