I'm really enjoying this book so far, but I do have a few notes that I want to jot down while I'm still reading, before they're completely forgotten. While this book is chock full of helpful eating advice, I find it odd that the word "organic" isn't even in the index. With so much talk about the health benefits of fruits and vegetables, it might be nice if the authors saw fit to mention, even in passing, that organic might be something to look into. This is the best resource I've found so far for anyone looking for natural and healthy ways to fight and prevent numerous health issues.
