Recommends it for: History Scholars, otherwise just pick up a modern Atlas...
Delightfully interesting for anyone interested in History and - in a sense - the evolution of cartography. Despite its inferiority to an updated Atlas, it really has an organic, raw form to it.
It can be comprehensively read from the front to back cover also, which has become quite the challenging conquest for modern atlases.
