Amazing, who would have thought of Martha Stewart having great ideas and information on yard sales (tag sales depending where you live). I was quite impressed and happy to see all the information.

I have to say, I love Martha Stewart's practicality. Her tips on how to safely clean or repair items you have found at sales is useful--I've avoided buying things because they were damaged or stained. And her glossary of terms used by antique and flea market salespeople comes in handy. I like knowing the terminology of, for example, furniture legs and not resorting to saying 'doohicky' or 'thingy'. I'm unlikely to do any of the projects with the flea market finds that she suggests, but they are ...more

Martha Stewart is completely insane. I hear you. BUT this older book does have some really useful and awesome ideas for things you can often find for free. Good for the broke homo-owner like myself.
