I don't think there was anything too special about this book. Truth be told from the amnesia books I've read prior, it's pretty low on the list but it wasn't horrible.

Alisa trying to save a puppy from getting hit by a car, gets hit herself and loses her memory. With her mother in Europe and having no other family, she had no one to turn to but a man named Dylan.
