This book has a lot of good simple outdoor cooking recipes, in this case at NASCAR, but it's also great for camping. Tried two recipes -- Leo's Sloppy Joes & Potato Packets. Both were simple to put together with ingredients that are likely to be on hand. Both turned out super. I will make both again and anxious to try more. Two for two Mario.

This book is a riot, so unlike what I thought of Mario before checking this out. I never would have guessed he would go for auto racing. Very simple all american tailgate food recipes - not much that I would actually do, but an amusing book.
Most of the recipes in this book were not something that I am going to prepare in anticipation of a race. Too complicated, too many (hard to find) ingredients.
A thoughtful gift from my sister. Entertaining, fun pictues, Mario's belly is a bit of a worry, but I will definitely try his kick-a** bbq sauce!
Many good recipes perfect for their purpose. (Works well for NFL tailgates too.)
