Interesting insight into what made one market adopt and the other stall; illustrates well the criticality of the whole offer being more than a sum of the parts. Only real issue is that it is now a history lesson as all of what was predicted has either happened or fallen away but guess I have to take some responsibility for reading a book about mobile telecomms that was written in 2000!
