A trifle. This is an example of a good production artist (especially adept with Photoshop) who is so tied to photo reference that the art seems frozen no matter how many tortured kung-fu poses the actors try to do. To make matters worse, the writing is fairly weak, and the clone-ridden plot seems like a tired excuse to use the same actors over and over again. Boilerplate's a great idea, and Anina and Paul are great people, and maybe the Heartbreakers series is good but I never got past this one, which is a dud. I found the story useless and the art beyond the cover page lifeless. Also, there's some serious constant nipple action, which isn't really a complaint but I sure feel creepy saying it was the only part I liked.
