You just have to find something to enjoy even in the worst of settings. Doctors have hard life before they can settle down to just taking care of patients. /They about live at the hospital during their residency, and then they have to develop a clientele, so they do not turn anyone away who comes for help no matter how exhausted or hungry they are. The humor comes in doses of oddities, just like anyone else', the doctors just have to be aware enough to appreciate it.
