This book changed my life. In February of 2006 I was depressed to the point of suicidal thoughts, in July of 2006 I read this book and it taught me how to get a hold on my depression and it helped me to shift my attitude toward the positive. In 2011, I still take the lessons I learned from that book and apply it to my life.
