This is a good cookbook for those who want to lose weight and/or don't know how to cook. Still is one of my go-to cookbooks. Plus, not everything in it is low fat or low calorie. She'll include a few just because she likes them and wants you to have variety.
I won't use a lot of the recipes but there are some really great ones that have become staples for us. Worth checking out of the library.
I've used the granola recipe a few times--yum! Nice simple recipes with great shortcut tips.
There are some nice flavorful recipes in here.
This book has two things I like in a cookbook. The first is a personal note before each recipe to give a little context. The second is that it has a good selection of healthy salads. These recipes look very easy and doable. This book is a keeper.
I liked her series on the food network. I also like her approach to cooking some items in bulk and then using them in multiple dishes. However, there are not that many recipes in this book that I really love--hence only 3 stars.
