This book was one recommended to me to challenge my views, it didn't. It is helpful to read contrary viewpoints though and I appreciated the opportunity to do so.

Recommends it for: Anyone Wondering how to 'reconcile modern scientific findings' with the Genesis Account of Creation
A fantastic observation of the often false assumptions of naturalism and uniformitarianism.

This book takes time to observe both the theological and scientific problems with an 'old earth' by standing on the perfection of God's Word. And thus it encourages the Christian to rely on Scripture FIRST before any 'scientific reasoning' as to the origins of the world.

Short and to the point, the book was Full of footnotes to sources for both old and young earth proponents, and continually held up the Bib

Amazing book. It is a good read. Tim gives you everything to know for both young earth creationist and old earth creationist for you to decide for yourself. Yeah he does push for young earth creationist more but given all the facts and their arguments for both sides its the only logical choice.
