ok, so it's written for preteens, once you get over the simplicity of the sentences, you'll enjoy the story. Written in 1988, a teen falls into alternate universe and joins a rebel band of teens and their quest to rescue the remaining unicorns stolen by the evil Dynasian. Will she be able to get back home? The last four book in the series are out of print, but can be found in some sources online.
