Shelves: suspense, mystery
I had this book figured out completely. And I was SUPER happy about it. (I love it when I figure things out.) I think I liked "The Marriage Pact" better, though. It was a little harder to figure out and I really liked the characters. The characters in this book are good...but in a different way. Emma is a little too naive for her own good, which helps her stand out in her own way. Edward is a nice guy looking out for the interests of others, while hating the fact that the more he tries to help, ...more
