Read in January, 2004
The cover of this book had caught my eye and the description sounded interesting, too. Unfortunately this book really disappointed me. I don't even remember a quarter of the story, I just know that it wasn't very good. There are better vampire books for sure. If I remember correctly the language was rather beautiful though.

An unwelcome present from a friend really.
An excellent start that draws you in - but the plot does not even try to sound believable. Very twee speech as I recall.

A pretty good youth-young adult vampire story. Entertaining and quick to read.
