I think as a children's book this doesn't really work. Children like illustrations and colors and this is very text heavy. There are large chunks of the pages covers entirely with text and some pages don't have any illustrations at all.

As far as a moral goes I think this one is good.

I think this works better for collectors like me who just want to own all the books.

This beautiful children's book gives you a small taste of magical creatures in a fantasy world you will fall in love with.

A really beautiful, nice story set in the world of ElfQuest. Redlance was always one of my favorite of the elves, too.

Wendy Pini is one-half of a husband and wife team with Richard Pini that created, most notably, the Elfquest series.

Wendy was born in California and adopted into the Fletcher Family in Santa Clara County. Early on, she developed as an artist and was the illustrator of her high school year book. She submitted samples of her artwork to Marvel Comics at 17 that were rejected.
