This would be a great read for someone who is new to working on a bullying prevention program, or a new school counselor. There were some good suggestions in this book, but most of the information I already knew. The recommended ages were for levels elem - middle school, but I found a lot of it would fit more towards elementary level kids. I was hoping to find some brilliant strategies to implement, and just didn't really see any. I took away a few ideas, but not the amount I was expecting.
