What got me started on the whole mining / geology thing. This book inspirted me in the local scenery, history and industrial archaeology and set me off on a world path that took me to university and industry. Frank Booker was an inspired and i nspiring local and this book set the bar high for anyone dealing with the history of mining in the south west. I owe this man a vast debt of gratitude for setting on a straight path.
