Anyone who is trying to lose weight, or better themselves, no matter the reason, will find this book useful. It is full of great tips and great points that will get you thinking. This book will definitely find a permanent place in my collection. I will not just use it in my own coaching business, but I plan to refer to it often to help me reach my own weight loss goals!
