In order to experience the Freedom God give's all of us, we need to learn to free ourselves from the the INSIDE - OUT. Inner freedom starts from truely knowing oneself - which requires active listening, empathy, and know matter what we hear we need to be kind to ourselves. i always enjoy the humour, intellect and storytelling of these women. older and wiser as they reflect on life, these are two ladies i would love to share a cup of coffee with.
