In order to experience the Freedom God give's all of us, we need to learn to free ourselves from the the INSIDE - OUT. Inner freedom starts from truely knowing oneself - which requires active listening, empathy, and know matter what we hear we need to be kind to ourselves. The "fix" is about changing our way of thinking, developing new behaviors, and beging patient with ourselves when we forget. what sticks with me the most about Freedom on the Outside is that "we give because we have been given...more
i always enjoy the humour, intellect and storytelling of these women. older and wiser as they reflect on life, these are two ladies i would love to share a cup of coffee with.
