Unevenly good and bad. Not bad as in horrible, per se, just bad as in insufficient or poorly fleshed out. There are some high points of the book which were on subjects that I was interested in researching, with issues of how the Holy Spirit works in the life of infants being amongst them. That section was worth reading even if only for the fact that it was so intriguing.
