Nothing normal nutrisionist would not tell you, if not more, without fancy wording and complecations.
I am a fan of deepak chopra- another great book with advice on mind/ body and spirit.
Explains digestion from a holistic point of view, derived from Ayurveda. This book has good information that I was not familiar with. It has a questionaire section where you can determine your metabolic body type and then gives diet suggestions for how to bring your body into balance.
I liked this, but I read it before Chopra came out as complete mystical freak. It's hard to take him seriously now.
