J.M Snyder just has a way with short stories. With a brief glimpse into her character's lives, this reader inevitably makes a connection and feels their sorrow and their joy! Dane's innocent naiveté was as familiar to me as an old, worn sweater and his subsequent disillusionment made my heart ache in sympathy.
Sweet story of aspiring musician Dane and his boyfriend Kirsch who have been together for a couple of years. When Dane meets Randy Blake, his musical idol, Kirsch has a hard time with his jealous side but knows he can trust his BF. But when Dane is hurt by the older and manipulative Randy it's up to Kirsch to console and show him how much he's loved.
Nicely written, this was a quick and easy read.
