If you haven't guessed it yet, I'm very fond of Jentezen. OUr youth group attended the Forward conference in July of 2008 and his ministry is so annointed. My sister attends his church in Gainsville, GA and sends me his sermons on CD. I can honestly say that he provides spiritual health food and I grow with every lesson I hear or read.

I became a fan of Franklin after reading his book Fasting, which changed my life. Believe That You Can is also a great inspirational book of encouragement, though he does not go very deep from an exegetical standpoint of Scripture. I would have liked to see more inductive study rather than deductive. But overall, good book that allowed God to speak things into my life that needed to be said. Thanks, Franklin!

Well if you have never heard Jentenzen speak/teach you should. This is a man full of passion for the Lord and is such an awesome communicator. Have a God given dream and lost sight of it? Then this is a book to read.

“We need to send our words out in the direction we want them to go. In other words, we need to start talking victory when we’re staring at defeat. We need to start talking healing when we’re feeling sick. We need to start blessing and prosperity when we don’t have anything. We need to speak about marching when we feel like quitting.” 8 people liked it
