Shelves: theology
Whilst I struggled a bit through the earlier volumes on Psalms from Luther's Work, this volume was quite different. I thoroughly enjoyed the older Luther's take on Psalms 2, 8, 19, 23, 26, 45, 51 - and especially his coverage of Psalm 51!

If you are going to look at Luther's work on Psalms, this is an excellent place to start, as we also get quite a well developed Christology, as well as the Pastoral approach I enjoy from Luther.

Given that I've only read 12 volumes, if you were only going to read
