I really liked this book and the author seems like a neat lady. Very good information, well-researched and practical advice on navigating and managing your emotions. I look forward to trying out several of the techniques and hope I will be able to internalize them as they just seem so darn useful.

I feel like this should be a "must read" for everyone. Very readable with clear examples, great suggestions and applicable skills that can help you through a variety of emotions and experiences. Loved it!
