HOLY SHIT I have ONLY been looking for this book for-fucking-ever since it came out when I was sixteen and I couldn't afford it then and never wrote down the title &c &c. Thank you internet! (It's the only book I've heard of that has Hart Crane's painting of "Trees" in it.)
