Who isn’t tired these days? How many people do you know who wake up each morning full of energy and continue to be happy and productive all day? Not very many, I’m sure.

This book really makes you think at points--about what you are putting in your body and how it is processed. It's at this level of contemplation where change can really be planted as seeds that grow out of increased awareness. He's conversational and enthusiastic in his style--a conversationalist with writing, which helps because it's quite scientific at times. Learning how to eat and breathe this late in the day. Very silly. On the other hand, fun stuff about the nervous system(s), so the faux- pseudo- wannabe- scientist in me dug it.
