I'm still not sure what I think of this book as far as it's usefulness. The illustrations are hard to understand and the exercises are not explained very well. I probably need the teacher's edition. I did go to you tube and found demos of some of the exercises. We have only just started to use it, so it's hard to say what the benefit has been, but it's a good chance to get the wiggles out and take some time to focus as yoga would do.

Recommends it for: Everyone..!!
This book helps me a lot.. It helps me to improve my mind, brain, and especially my balance of life... A Really NICE book!! Never regret to read this. (Altough I only have the Indonesia Version of Brain Gym)
Good for the home schooling parent. Good introduction to the program. Parents with kids with learning difficulties might start here and see if some of the exercises help the student with frustration over a month or so, then move on to use the whole program if improvement is seen.
i own the Indonesian version - haven't practiced it enough to see if it works, but needless to say, after losing too many things including losing track of this book, i need help - now where were we? i forgot which exercise i've picked... totally forgot...
