Excellent resource for those looking to take either the AANP or ANCC exam. Helps you go through each body system in a logical manner. I went through this book twice in addition to taking the live Fitzgerald class, and passed the AANP. I don't give this book a full 5 stars because I think that for the money it should come with a CD-ROM of practice questions which is standard with all the NCLEX review books, and would've have been really helpful. It's one of the many great study guides for boards! Fortunately, it IS a review and not all new knowledge.
