The tarot deck for this is out of print, i believe, but it is an amazing tool for learning the basics of ceremonial magicks. the information described pictoraly in the cards is broken down in the book, from divinatory meaning to quabalistic, enochian, and goetic imagery. The drawings aren't great artwork, but when so much info is packed onto a card, who cares? Learning to use this deck is the beginning of learning the connections between ceremonial ideas. This is more a reference book then one to read cover to cover.
Pretty dense reading, filled with astrology (that is above my head) and Qabala and Enochian and Goethia (also a bit too difficult to digest in one sitting)
I own the deck that comes with it and while it is not my fave tarot it has it's moments. I pull this out when I want to feel smart and it ends up with me feeling rather daft to be honest...

Lon Milo DuQuette is an American singer-song writer, author, lecturer, and occultist, best known as an author who applies humor in the field of Western Hermeticism.

Born in Long Beach, California and raised in Columbus, Nebraska, he was an aspiring studio musician and recording artist in the 1970s, releasing two singles and an album, Charley D. and Milo, on the Epic Records label.
